Finances up to date: use these 7 apps to help you!

Time to put everything on paper: according to the Brazilian Default Map, around 71 million Brazilians are in debt – around 43.78% of the population. But what is the reason behind these compromised finances?

Firstly, the increase in the cost of living, together with the devaluation of the real, are the main causes of the damage caused to the financial health of Brazilians. Secondly, but no less important, lack of financial education.

Organizing your finances and spending wisely can be quite a complicated process at first: certain habits are hard to overcome. However, with determination and patience, it is possible to correct mistakes and, little by little, even create an emergency fund for when things get tough!

To this end, there are several finance apps for Android and iOS: Get to know some of them and choose the one that best meets your needs!

1 – Mobills

This is one of the most popular finance apps: its interface is extremely pleasant and you can integrate your bank accounts with the app to track your performance in real time.

Create monthly budgets and clearly and objectively describe all your expenses and income. If you feel it is necessary, you can set an alarm if you go over your limits and end up spending more than planned.

Nothing in life works properly without setting goals and objectives: this can be done through Mobills.

The free version has several important features; however, users interested in exploring everything the app has to offer can subscribe to its Premium version.

2 – Organize

If you like simplicity, Organizze may be one of the coolest options on this list. With it, you can track your income, expenses, budgets and bills quickly and easily.

Like most other finance apps, this one also allows you to integrate your bank accounts to make the organization process easier. If you prefer, you can also access the app through your computer's browser.

The app also has reminders and notifications to help you remember to pay any bills. Who has never paid a bill late and charged interest due to neglect?

This is a paid service, but you can try it for free for 7 days: after that period, you must choose one of the plans (annual or monthly).

3 – Easy Budget

Users who love to customize the interface and make it their own will really like this finance app: highlight all the information you consider most important in just a few moments.

It allows you to access your spending over the last 7 days, as well as providing a very detailed overview. Bills can be divided to make things even more organized.

Graphs and tables can be used to make information easier to read. However, due to its modular nature, its interface is not as user-friendly and intuitive as most competitors.

The free version allows data to be stored only on your device and there is no automatic synchronization with bank accounts. To unlock cloud storage and all other features, you need to purchase the Premium version.

4 – GuiaBolso

Just like all the other apps mentioned above, GuiaBolso offers integration with your accounts, expense organization and some banking products and services.

Monthly and category-by-category income histories can be checked at any time. Its interface is one of the cleanest and simplest.

To help you control your expenses, the app creates an estimate of your expenses and income so you can clearly see if you're on the right track. It also tells you how much you can save at the end of the month if you stick to your plan: pretty cool, right?

5 – Expenses – Budget Manager (Android/iOS)

Do you invest or think about investing in cryptocurrencies? Expenses – Budget Manager is the ideal finance app, as it is one of the few on the market that supports decentralized financial assets.

You can quickly add transactions and take advantage of its many investment analysis features, with charts and reports to make everything more transparent.

Its interface is not exactly the most intuitive of all, but it does the job. With a little practice, it becomes functional enough for all audiences.

6 – Toshl Finance

This finance app is specifically focused on budgeting. You can create budgets for various types of expenses, whether personal or business.

The app studies your financial behavior and, over time, suggests changes in your habits to make your financial health increasingly solid!

It is a free app, but offers a Premium version with additional features, such as synchronization between multiple devices, support for multiple currencies and more elaborate reports.

7 – CoinKeeper

Although this finance app is not Brazilian, it has a Portuguese version with a very interesting and unique interface: you can partially customize it so that you understand, in detail, all the entries and exits in your accounts.

You can create a personal or even family account, which can be managed jointly with your spouse.

Everyone can test the app for free for 15 days, after which the user must subscribe to CoinKeeper Platinum for US$17.99 per year.

Final considerations

Financial education is not a highly valued topic in Brazil: there is no shame in using applications created by financial market experts to provide such important assistance for your economic future.

Although almost all of them require an annual or monthly subscription, the investment can make all the difference at the end of the month. How about stopping ordering that snack through the app and thinking more about where your money is going?

All solutions presented have support teams that can answer all your questions.

How is your financial life? Is everything going as it should, or are things complicated? Have you tried any of the apps above? Leave your comment!
