The entertainment industry has become even more active with the mass popularization of mobile devices. With your smartphone, you can watch your favorite videos, movies and series as if you had a movie theater at home.

But how can this be possible? The screen of devices is too small to be shared with your family or friends. The answer is simple: multiple projectors can be set up on your device to cast the screen onto other surfaces!

Many companies are working with mobile phones; what’s more, billions of families around the world communicate with relatives and friends at any time via smartphones. It was only a matter of time before the seventh art reached new heights, right?

Enjoy the recommendations and enjoy many hours watching what you love the most! As usual, if you have any smartphone projectors that are not on this list and would like to recommend them, please let us know in the comments and share your experiences!

Tips for choosing your projector

Before reaching for your credit card, it's important to consider a few things to make the best purchase: do you need something portable, or does size not matter? Wi-Fi or Bluetooth? What resolution do you want to watch your favorite content?

Each device has unique characteristics. It is important to analyze them carefully before making a decision: some have better sound quality, while others project high-resolution images or can be easily stored in a bag or backpack.

Last but not least, consider how much you can afford to spend. Saving a little more to buy what you need can be much more interesting than buying something more affordable right away. Do you agree?

ViewSonic M1+

The ViewSonic M1+ is one of the most popular smartphone projector models on the market. Its construction is very beautiful and minimalist and its lens is capable of providing countless hours of fun in almost any type of room.

This is a WVGA (854 x 480 pixels) LED projector with great image quality, as well as built-in Harman Kardon speakers. The audio is space-filling, providing a pleasant and immersive experience.

Its battery lasts up to 2.5 hours in full power mode. However, if you need to conserve battery power for some reason, the M1+ can last up to 5 hours unplugged. A very interesting feature if you plan to watch things outdoors or visit friends and create a movie session, for example.

Xiaomi Mi Smart Projector 2

It's amazing how Xiaomi has gone from being synonymous with cost-effective smartphones to becoming a versatile brand. The Smart Projector 2 has features and curves that are very similar to many other gadgets from the brand – and that's great. Its modern design fits in with almost any type of environment.

Its 120-inch screen allows you to transmit images in Full HD resolution (1920 x 1080), as well as projections in the 1.2:1 aspect ratio: this means that large screens can be projected in small spaces with ease.

In addition, the smartphone projector features automatic multi-angle key correction in 3 axes and 6 directions. This means that perfect square images can be transmitted to various surfaces in just a few moments! Adjustment work is also greatly simplified.

You can also use the projector through your Android TV with Google Assistant built in. Communicate directly with the device to quickly find what you want to watch! Finally, the Smart Projector 2 features virtualized surround sound and is configured to operate within the Internet of Things (IoT) universe.

Anker Nebula Capsule II

One of the main distinguishing features of this smartphone projector is its unique design. Inattentive viewers could easily mistake it for a smart speaker! It is quite small for its category and has excellent image quality to transmit everything you want.

Its 100-inch lens is ideal for projecting onto almost any type of surface without any major problems. The screen resolution (854 x 480) is not the highest, but it is more than enough to enjoy moments alone or in a group.

Its 360° sound system ensures that the entire room has an incredible and immersive experience. IntelliBright algorithms provide truly bright and sharp images – which is not exactly common in the projector world.

What's more, it's relatively easy to find it on sale: it might be a good idea to wait a little longer before taking your credit card out of your wallet!

BenQ GS2

If you're looking for a mid-range smartphone projector without sacrificing style, the BenQ GS2 is an excellent option. In addition to the gadget's built-in Bluetooth speaker, it has USB and HDMI connectivity for quick pairing with other home appliances.

However, you can use the Casting system to mirror your smartphone screen, as well as stream any content through Aptoid TV. The internal software is quite simple to use and it will only take a few minutes of your time to get used to all its features.

One thing that sets BenQ apart from its competitors is its finish: it was designed to be resistant to light drops. If you're in a place where people accidentally destroy things, the GS2 might be a safer choice, so to speak.

The image resolution is HD (1280 x 720), which is quite acceptable for most occasions. It doesn't have as much quality as Xiaomi's, but if you just want to spend time watching movies, videos and series, you'll hardly need more than that.

Which projector to choose?

The aim of the articles published here is to always help you reach this conclusion in a very natural way. To this end, the main positive and negative points are highlighted so that you can choose what will suit you best.

Gamers will certainly prefer Xiaomi's projector, as it offers Full HD resolution (and this is often a deciding factor in gaming). On the other hand, moderate users will probably be more than satisfied with the BenQ GS2 or the Anker Nebula Capsule II.

Have you ever used a smartphone projector? What was your experience like?
